Shipping
We ship from Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Orders are carefully packaged to arrive safely.
Processing time
Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom work and made-to-order pieces have their own timeline—we'll give you a clear estimate when you place the order, typically 1-4 weeks depending on complexity and workshop schedule. If you have a deadline, tell us upfront.
New Zealand shipping
We aim for these timelines but craft comes first:
- Standard: 3-7 business days, $5-15 depending on location
- Express: 2-4 business days, $15-25
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your address
International shipping
We ship worldwide via NZ Post International. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and may be affected by customs or carrier delays:
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- UK/Europe: 10-21 business days
- USA/Canada: 10-21 business days
- Other countries: 10-21+ business days
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You'll receive it via email once your order ships.
Delays and lost packages
If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us. We'll investigate with the courier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll work with the courier to resolve it or send a replacement.
Custom orders and made-to-order
Shipping timelines are confirmed when you approve the design. Rush shipping may be available—ask when you enquire.
Casings you've sent
We take care with materials you send for custom work. Finished pieces are shipped back via tracked post.
