Refund policy
KALIBER DESIGNS - 14 DAY RETURN POLICY
Returns
If you're not happy with your Kaliber piece, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging and documentation included
- Return postage is your responsibility (we'll provide a return address)
Handmade items
Our pieces are made by hand. Small variations in finish, patina, grain, and colour are normal and not grounds for return. If you have concerns about quality or durability, contact us before returning.
Custom orders
Custom work is non-refundable once production has begun. We'll confirm the design and timeline before work starts—any changes after approval may affect the price and timeline.
Casings you've sent
If you've sent us casings or materials for a custom piece, we'll return them with the finished work or, if you cancel, as soon as possible. We're not responsible for loss or damage to materials in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your return in acceptable condition, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Return postage costs are not refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If your piece arrives damaged or is genuinely defective, contact us immediately. We'll repair or replace it at no cost.
