Shipping
Orders are sent using tracked shipping. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch
These timeframes are estimates. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.
Custom-made pieces cannot be returned because they are made to your specifications. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These exclusions do not limit your rights if an item is faulty or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Before sending anything back, email info@kaliberdesigns.co.nz with your order details and reason for the return. Do not return an item until you have received confirmation.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@kaliberdesigns.co.nz. Include your order number and clear photos where relevant.
Jewellery care
Keep your jewellery dry and avoid perfumes, cleaning products, and other harsh chemicals. Remove pieces before swimming, showering, or heavy work. Store items separately in a dry place and clean brass or 925 sterling silver gently with a soft cloth. Natural changes to the finish can occur over time.
